Using the service

You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for it. Protect your sign-in method and be responsible for activity you authorize. Email the CEO promptly at support@nanoadstudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Billing Policy forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in prompts, business information, images, audio, video, and other material you submit. You permit us to store, copy, process, transmit, and display that material as needed to provide the features you request, secure the service, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Requested generation may involve the providers described in our Privacy Notice.

You must have the rights and permissions necessary for your submissions and intended use, including permission to use a person’s likeness or voice. Publicly accessible advertisements, reviews, and media are not automatically licensed for reuse.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, infringement, unauthorized access, or bypassing billing and security controls.

Review generated results

AI results can be inaccurate, similar to other results, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review claims, likenesses, trademarks, music, required disclosures, and advertising-platform requirements before publication. We do not promise particular advertising results, exclusive output, or copyright protection for every generated element.

Rights in generated material may depend on the inputs, applicable provider terms, and law. These terms do not grant rights held by someone else.

Payments and consumed work

Subscription prices, renewal, credits, coupon treatment, optional automatic refills, cancellation, and refunds are described in the Billing Policy and the purchase terms you accept.

A generation request can reserve credits before work begins. We charge for confirmed consumed work and return unused reserved credits. Canceling a request or receiving an unsatisfactory result does not remove charges for work already performed. Reserved credits remain unavailable while a request’s final charge is being confirmed.

Cancellation, deletion, and restrictions

Cancel subscription renewal through Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation does not by itself erase stored work or your recorded credit balance. New generation requires an active paid subscription.

Account deletion is separate and permanently removes access to deleted work. Export what you need and resolve outstanding billing before deletion.

We may pause new paid work for payment failures, disputed or refunded payments, security incidents, prohibited use, or a service interruption. We preserve access to billing and recovery where practical. Restrictions do not remove mandatory refund, privacy, or payment-dispute rights.

Service limitations and changes

The service can be interrupted and generated results require your review. We do not offer an uptime or outcome guarantee unless agreed in writing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

We identify the effective date of material changes and provide required notice or request consent where required. We disclose future recurring-price changes before charging the changed amount.
