Affiliate Terms

The offer

Earn 40% for every customer you refer.

On their subscription payments for 12 months from their first payment. Tax and credit top-ups are excluded.

With no tax, discounts or refunds, a Standard subscription earns $40 per monthly payment ($480 across 12 payments), or $400 from one yearly payment. Results depend on who you refer and how long they stay subscribed. Many referrals earn less, and some earn nothing.

Joining

You apply while signed in to your account. We review every application by hand and may approve or decline it for any lawful reason. The program is open to people and businesses in the United States. An application is not active until we approve it, and a declined applicant may apply again after 30 days.

After approval you set up payouts with Stripe, which verifies your identity and collects your bank and tax details (including a Form W-9). We never see or store those details. We may report your earnings on Form 1099 as the law requires.

Referrals

• A referral counts when a new customer arrives through your link and creates their Nano Ad Studio account within 30 days of that first visit. The first affiliate link they used is the one that counts; a later click does not change it.
• The account is linked to you when it is created, and that link never changes. Existing accounts cannot be referred.
• The customer must make a first subscription payment within 90 days of signing up.
• You may not refer yourself, your own business, or any account you control or share a payment method or device with. Those referrals earn nothing.

Refunds, disputes and repayment

• A refund reduces the commission on that payment in proportion. A disputed payment’s commission is frozen until the dispute ends: restored if we win, removed if we lose.
• If a refund or lost dispute affects a commission we already paid, the amount is deducted from your future commissions first.
• If you owe more than $100, or your participation ends, we may reverse earlier Stripe transfers to recover what you owe. Your Stripe balance can then go negative, and Stripe may debit your bank account to cover it. You agree to repay any amount still owed.

Disclosure

Every time you share your link, clearly tell your audience that you earn a commission, as the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) require. Put it next to the link, in words people will notice before they click, for example: “I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” Describe Nano Ad Studio honestly and only from your own experience. Do not promise customers particular results.

Traffic that is not allowed

• Paid search ads on our name or brand terms, or ads that look like ours.
• Coupon, deal and cashback sites, or any offer of money or rewards for signing up.
• Spam, unsolicited messages, cookie stuffing, pop-ups, or links that load without a real click.
• Misleading claims about Nano Ad Studio, about earnings, or about your relationship with us.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend your participation while we investigate activity that looks inconsistent with these terms. While suspended, your link stops working and payouts wait. If we find a breach, we may end your participation, and unpaid commission is forfeited. You may leave at any time from your affiliate dashboard. Your link then stops counting new signups, customers you already referred keep earning you commission until their 12 months end, and your earned balance is paid on the normal schedule as its holds end.

We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice. Commissions earned before a change follow the terms in effect when they were earned. Email questions to the CEO at support@nanoadstudio.com. See also the Terms of Service.
