Billing & refunds

What you pay, how credits work, and how to manage or cancel recurring charges.

Plans and renewal

Nano Ad Studio subscriptions renew automatically each month, or each year on yearly billing, until canceled. Prices include applicable tax. Review the amount due, any discount, and the payment terms in Stripe before confirming. All prices and generation balances are in US dollars.

  • Standard: US$29 per month with 2,000 Credits, or US$290 per year with 24,000 Credits added upfront. Includes photo, video, and animation creation. Research tools require Business.
  • Business: US$49 per month with 3,000 Credits, or US$490 per year with 36,000 Credits added upfront. Includes photo, video, and animation creation. Also includes Buyer Signals, Ad Spy, and Steal Ad research tools.

We add the plan’s fixed Credit allowance when the invoice for a full subscription cycle is settled. Included tax, discounts, and invoice credits do not reduce that allowance. A valid, fully discounted cycle also receives its allowance. Yearly billing includes twelve monthly allowances, added upfront. Unrelated invoice charges do not add plan Credits. Existing Credits remain in your balance.

You can change plans in Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Stripe charges the prorated difference, and Credits reflect the plan allowance difference and the remaining subscription period, rounded down to whole Credits. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Switching from monthly to yearly billing starts a new yearly period immediately. Stripe credits the unused part of your month against the annual price. The Credit adjustment reflects the new annual allowance and the unused portion of the previous plan allowance.

Credits and generation charges

100 credits equal US$1 of generation balance. Plan credits and purchased credits accumulate and roll over; they do not reset or expire at the end of a billing cycle. An active paid subscription is required to start new generation, even when a balance remains after cancellation.

Generations use credits based on the work requested, rounded up to whole credits. The number of generations your balance covers varies.

A request may reserve credits before work starts. We charge for confirmed consumed work and return unused reserved credits. Canceling a request or receiving an unsatisfactory result does not remove charges for work already performed. While a request’s final charge is being confirmed, its reserved credits remain unavailable; this is not a second charge.

Generation balance is for Nano services, not a bank deposit, investment, or promise of cash redemption. Legally required redemption and refund rights remain available.

One-time credit purchases

Choose a suggested amount or enter a custom purchase from US$25 to US$1,000, in whole US dollars. Credits are added after payment is confirmed and roll over with your existing balance. A one-time purchase does not enable automatic refills or change your subscription.

Generation-credit purchases are limited to US$5,000 per rolling 30 days and a US$5,000 balance. Reserved credits and pending purchases count toward the balance limit; pending purchases also count toward the purchase limit. These limits cover manual and automatic credit purchases before tax. If tax applies to a credit purchase, it is added separately, does not buy credits, and does not count toward these limits. The final total is shown before you confirm. Refunded purchases do not restore the rolling purchase allowance. Billing shows the amount currently available to purchase.

Optional automatic refills

Automatic refills are off by default and start only after you explicitly authorize and save an enabled configuration. Review the credit amount, tax, total charge, balance threshold, and monthly credit purchase limit before enabling. Where tax applies, it is estimated from your saved billing details and recalculated for every refill, so the final tax and total may change. When no tax is added, the total charge equals the credit amount. A refill can be triggered when your balance is at or below the threshold, or cannot cover a usage charge being settled.

Your automatic purchase limit can be up to US$5,000 per UTC calendar month. The limit applies to credit purchases before tax; any applicable tax is additional. It excludes subscription fees and one-time purchases, and does not limit spending credits already in your balance. Pending automatic purchases count toward the limit. If the remaining monthly allowance or another funding limit cannot cover your full configured refill amount, no refill is charged; we do not charge a smaller partial refill.

Turn automatic refills off in Billing; this does not reverse a payment already submitted. A declined payment, bank authentication request, or uncertain payment result can pause refills. Billing explains how to recover. We check uncertain payments before allowing another attempt.

Canceling renewal

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing to cancel before the displayed next renewal. Your current paid access continues until the end date shown in Billing, subject to payment and acceptable-use restrictions. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically request a refund, delete your work, or erase your recorded credit balance.

Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation. Export the work you need before deletion. If the cancellation control is unavailable, email the CEO at support@nanoadstudio.com with your account email and a description of the problem. Do not send a full card number or security code.

Refunds and legally required remedies

No voluntary refunds for subscription payments, purchased generation credits, or completed generation. Refunds and other remedies required by applicable law remain available. Canceling does not automatically create a prorated refund for an already-started month or year.

Email the CEO at support@nanoadstudio.com about a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, billing error, or a remedy required by law. Include your account email, payment date, receipt or invoice reference, and a short explanation. We review the issue and correct confirmed errors or provide the remedy required by law. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising your legal right to dispute a payment.

Refunded or disputed payments

We adjust credits associated with refunded or reversed payments. New generation may be restricted if those credits were already consumed or a dispute remains unresolved. We review and correct the account when the payment outcome changes. A legitimate dispute does not authorize confiscation of unrelated purchased credits.

We may provide Stripe, your payment provider, or an authorized dispute reviewer with relevant acceptance records, receipts, usage and delivery evidence, and support correspondence. This policy does not waive mandatory consumer, privacy, or payment-dispute rights.
